1. Introduction & Consent

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the xo99 platform and its users ("you" or "user"). By accessing xo99 through its website, mobile version, or any other channel and creating an account, you automatically agree to be bound by these Terms.

xo99 provides a safe, transparent, and entertaining online gaming environment for users in Bangladesh. We follow SSL encryption and fair play principles to ensure every user has a secure experience.

These Terms must be read together with the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form an integral part of this agreement.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account and play on xo99, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be a legal resident of Bangladesh.
• Only one account per person is allowed. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
• You must manage your account yourself — managing an account on behalf of someone else is not permitted.

If a user opens an account using false information, xo99 reserves the right to close that account at any time and forfeit any funds held in it.

2.1 Identity Verification

xo99 may verify a user's identity at any time. A National ID (NID), passport, or other government-issued document may be requested for verification. Withdrawals may be temporarily held until verification is complete.

3. Age Verification

xo99 is for users aged 21 and above only. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited.

If false age information is provided at registration, the account will be closed immediately and all transactions will be considered void. We actively apply technical measures to prevent minors from gaming.

4. Account Security

It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) confidential. Please keep the following in mind:

• Never share your password with anyone.
• Use a strong and unique password.
• If you notice any suspicious activity, notify the support team immediately.
• Avoid logging in from public or shared devices.

xo99 will not be held liable for any loss resulting from account use by authorized or unauthorized third parties.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Supported Payment Methods

xo99 currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major commercial banks).

5.2 Minimum Limits

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 (for each method).
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.

5.3 Withdrawal Timeframe

Approved withdrawals are generally completed within 10 to 45 minutes. Delays may occasionally occur due to identity verification or bank processing reasons.

5.4 Rejected Transactions

xo99 may reject or hold a withdrawal request for any of the following reasons:

• Bonus wagering requirements have not been met.
• Identity verification is incomplete.
• Suspicious activity has been detected on the account.
• A technical issue with the payment method.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 Welcome Bonus

xo99's current welcome bonus is a 150% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Before withdrawing a bonus, you must wager 10 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not including the deposit. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 10 = ৳15,000 wagered before bonus winnings become withdrawable.

6.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer can be received only once per account.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after wagering requirements have been met.
• If any bonus terms are violated, xo99 reserves the right to cancel that bonus and any associated winnings.
• If promotion terms change, xo99 will endeavor to give advance notice.

6.4 VIP Program

xo99's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze (up to 0.3% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 0.7% weekly cashback), and Gold (up to 1.0% weekly cashback). Users can advance to higher tiers through regular and active play. VIP cashback is determined each week based on qualifying play.

7. Fair Play Policy

xo99 is committed to ensuring a transparent and fair gaming environment. The core foundations of our fair play policy are:

• All game outcomes are determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.
• There is no method to guarantee a specific outcome, and xo99 does not support any such claim.
• Every transaction is recorded and can be reviewed if needed.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the xo99 platform:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts.
• Misuse of the bonus system (bonus stacking, arbitrage betting, etc.).
• Using another person's identity or payment details.
• Attempting to hack or manipulate the platform using any kind of computer software or bots.
• Using the platform for money laundering purposes.
• Harassing or defrauding other users.

If such activities are detected, the relevant account will be closed immediately, all bonuses and winnings will be forfeited, and legal action may be taken if necessary.

9. Account Suspension & Closure

9.1 Closure by xo99

xo99 may suspend or close an account without notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification or provision of false information.
• Extended inactivity on the account.
• Legal or regulatory reasons.

9.2 Closure at User's Request

If you wish to voluntarily close your account, please contact the support team. Any outstanding wagering requirements must be fulfilled and any available balance must be withdrawn before closure.

9.3 Self-Exclusion

As part of responsible gaming, you may self-exclude for a specified period. For more details, please read our Responsible Gaming Policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

xo99 is not liable in the following situations:

• If a session is interrupted due to internet connectivity issues or device failure.
• If loss occurs as a result of account access by an unauthorized third party.
• If a game is interrupted due to an unexpected technical error (in such cases, the wager may be refunded).
• If the service is temporarily unavailable due to external server or network issues.
